This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and responsibilities when returning products purchased from Sellfinity. We aim to provide a fair and transparent process in line with UK consumer law.


1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Original shipping charges (£1.99) are non-refundable, except where required by law

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after approval
